About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at NvLynx Analytics, you will be embedded in client engagements across industries — from financial services to healthcare — working on problems that directly shape business strategy.

You will own end-to-end analytical workstreams: scoping questions, sourcing and cleaning data, building statistical and predictive models, and translating findings into recommendations that executives act on.

This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and business acumen. You will collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and client teams to ensure that every insight is grounded in rigor and delivered with clarity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytical workstreams within client engagements, from data acquisition through insight delivery
  • Design and build statistical models, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-ready presentations
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Partner with consultants to integrate quantitative insights into strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate and improve data quality, pipelines, and analytical processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or applied analytics
  • Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R
  • Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Proven ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and techniques
  • Prior experience in financial services, healthcare, or technology sectors
